Description
Wake County Public School System is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver 7-gallon and 56-gallon trash can liners on an as-needed basis during the contract period. Orders will be placed in full-pallet quantities, with no minimum or maximum order quantities guaranteed; mixed sizes, items, or SKUs may not be combined on a pallet. Current monthly ordering history is approximately 758 cases of 7-gallon liners and 1,990 cases of 56-gallon liners. The addendum clarifies that 7-gallon liners may exceed the stated minimum dimensions if they meet all other requirements, and that a minimum thickness of 1 mil is acceptable for 56-gallon liners. Prices must remain firm against increases for 180 days from the effective date of the contract. The solicitation is subject to a quiet period after Addendum 1, during which no new questions will be answered.
