Description
Harris County is soliciting plastic liner bags and related items, including garbage can liners, janitor cart liners, linen hamper liners, litter bags, polyethylene bags, and other bags and liners for bag holders, baskets, and trucks. The contract is for one year beginning approximately October 30, 2026. The submission requires estimated contract value information, acceptance of the general bid requirements, bid acknowledgement, tax residence certification, Form 1295 Certificate of Interested Parties, proof of insurance, bid pricing sheets, a subcontractor listing form, references, and the Harris County Minimum Wage Policy and Certification. The solicitation identifies environmentally certified paper and plastic products and related dispensers and holders among the applicable commodity categories.
