Description
The City of Philadelphia is soliciting quotes for four cases of clear polyethylene slider bags measuring 13 by 18 inches and 3 mil thick, packaged at 1,000 bags per case, for a total quantity of 4,000 bags. The award may be made as a whole or by line item to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and bidders must quote all items to be eligible. Delivery must not occur until authorized by the department.
