Description
Westchester County is requesting an informal electronic quote for Uline products with item-based pricing. The solicitation asks vendors to provide pricing and answer questions regarding earliest delivery, minimum order requirements, prompt-payment discounts, pricing validity, and warranty coverage. This is a one-time purchase with delivery requested as soon as possible. Products must be new, delivered FOB destination, and guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship. Equivalent products may be considered if clearly identified and determined to meet the required characteristics. The County may award by individual item, grouped items, or lot, and may reject any or all bids.
