The U.S. Navy is soliciting five-gallon polyethylene bottles meeting the specified design, material, dimensions, and ordering data for Fisher Scientific Company L.L.C. part number 02-961A. An acceptable alternate is Nalge Co. Division of Sybron Corp. part number 2210-0050. Each bottle must have two carrying handles. The supplies must comply with applicable inspection, quality-assurance, packaging, marking, mercury-exclusion, and transportation requirements. The solicitation requires a Certificate of Compliance under DI-MISC-81356 at material delivery; this is a post-award deliverable rather than a proposal-submission item.
