Description
Fulton County Schools is soliciting bids for a construction project to upgrade terrace seating at Chattahoochee High School Baseball Field. The scope includes labor, materials, equipment, supervision, selective demolition, concrete stairs and landings, cast-in-place retaining walls, guardrails and handrails, concrete sidewalks, accessible parking improvements, grading, erosion and sedimentation controls, restoration, and related site work. The plans also require synthetic turf surfacing, drainage, sod or grassing, and associated construction details. Bidders must submit the Bid and Acceptance Form, Bid Security Form, Determination of Responsibility Form, Immigration and Security Forms, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Subletting and Subcontracting Supplemental Information through the designated procurement portal. A 5 percent bid security is required; payment and performance bonds are required after award, with each bond equal to 100 percent of the contract amount. The Bid and Acceptance Form identifies a $50,000 specified allowance and a substantial completion date of July 30, 2027.
