Description
The City of Norcross is soliciting a custodial services contractor for nine City-owned facilities, including offices, cultural facilities, public works buildings, a police station and courthouse, and a historic library. The scope includes routine office, restroom, breakroom, lobby, stairway, elevator, locker room, shower, and common-area cleaning; trash and recycling removal; restocking of approved consumables; event and special cleaning; day porter coverage; quality inspections; backup staffing; and 24-hour urgent-issue contact. The contractor must furnish labor, supervision, transportation, tools, equipment, machinery, PPE, and related services, while the City provides specified routine chemicals and consumable supplies. The proposal must include a service plan, staffing and labor-hour estimates, service windows, equipment information, organizational structure, references, pricing by facility and service adjustments, and required forms and affidavits. The contract has an initial period from February 1, 2027, through August 31, 2027, followed by up to four successive one-year renewals, with annual increases capped at 3%.
