Description
The City of Norcross is soliciting a contractor to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance for designated city parks, facilities, streetscapes, medians, playgrounds, and other outdoor areas. The scope includes grass cutting, edging, blowing and sweeping, weeding, pruning, trimming, mulching, aeration, overseeding, fire ant control, irrigation, seasonal annual-bed design, biannual bed planting, trash removal, and fertilization and weed-control programs. The City intends to award one five-year contract with automatic renewals. Proposals must be submitted as two paper copies and one digital USB copy. An optional, highly recommended pre-proposal meeting and subsequent site visits will be held at the Norcross Public Works building.
