Description
The City of Zillah is seeking statements of qualifications from firms to provide professional municipal engineering services during calendar years 2027 through 2029. The scope may include water, sewer, drainage, and street projects; comprehensive and municipal planning; traffic studies; capital facilities plans; rate studies; technical reports; cost estimates; environmental reviews; funding applications and administration; surveys; plans and specifications; construction-phase services; and related work. The City will evaluate qualifications and performance data, including municipal engineering experience, key personnel, firm experience with design and permitting, familiarity with similarly sized municipalities, experience with state and federal funding programs, prior public-project performance, and references. Statements of qualifications are limited to 30 pages, excluding a one-page cover letter and front and back covers, and must be submitted electronically in PDF format. Qualified disadvantaged business enterprises and minority-, women-, and veteran-owned firms are encouraged to respond.
