Description
The Department of the Navy, through NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia, is soliciting authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item to repair, upgrade, test, inspect, and return an actuator assembly to Ready for Issue condition. The item is identified as NSN 1680-01-550-3369 V2, part number 2-7937-8, and repairs must follow the applicable technical drawings, specifications, and repair manuals. The contractor must provide the required facility, labor, materials, parts, tooling, testing, inspection, storage, and quality-control systems. The contractor must perform the work at the repair facility identified in the Statement of Work, maintain ISO 9001 or SAE AS9100-compliant quality processes, provide process-control and repair-quality documentation, and meet a required repair turnaround time of 365 days after receipt. The contractor must also provide a monthly throughput constraint, support Government inspection and acceptance, comply with specified marking and packaging requirements, and obtain approval for changes to repair sources, facilities, manuals, drawings, or specifications. Proof of authorized-distributor status on company letterhead, signed by a responsible company official, must accompany the offer.
