Description
The City of Yakima is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified real estate professionals or firms to provide as-needed real estate brokerage and advisory services. The scope includes municipal property acquisition and disposition support, market analysis, valuation and pricing recommendations, property identification, marketing, purchaser and seller outreach, offer evaluation, negotiation support, due diligence coordination, transaction coordination, leasing-related assistance, and written and verbal reporting. The selected consultant may support potential surplus-property dispositions and future acquisitions, but the City does not guarantee that any listed property will be declared surplus, marketed, sold, acquired, or assigned to the consultant. Respondents must submit qualifications and relevant experience, key personnel and resumes, three professional references, a proposed real estate services approach, and proof of ability to obtain required insurance. Compensation will be negotiated after selection; a fee proposal is not required with the Statement of Qualifications.
