Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is requesting firm-fixed-price herbicide application services for approximately 2,944 contiguous acres of burned shrub-steppe habitat within the Saddle Mountain Unit of Hanford Reach National Monument. The contractor must apply Government-furnished indaziflam and imazapic at specified rates, with contractor-furnished water, nonionic surfactant, other necessary adjuvants, equipment, fuel, personnel, staging, and support. Application equipment must avoid ground disturbance, and all work must comply with pesticide labels, Washington licensing requirements, environmental restrictions, and wind limitations. The contractor must provide GPS/GIS tracking, ESRI shapefiles, application logs, and related treatment documentation within seven calendar days after completing the applications. Quotations will be evaluated on technical capability and relevant experience, past performance, and price. The quotation package must include the completed Bid Schedule, business and registration information, up to three relevant projects from the past five years with references where available, a capability description, and any exceptions or clarifications.
