Description
The Indian Health Service is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote to upgrade the Yakama Service Unit pharmacy's stand-alone closed-circuit television and card access systems. The work includes supplying and installing 29 high-resolution IP cameras, card readers, electric strikes, network video recording and storage equipment, servers, workstations, UPS systems, cabling, switches, mounting hardware, and compatible access-control software. The contractor must remove and dispose of six obsolete cameras and associated infrastructure, perform site assessment, programming, integration, testing, commissioning, on-site training, and provide a five-year comprehensive warranty and maintenance agreement. Amendment 0007 extends the quote deadline to September 18, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. EDT. Dell and Cisco equipment must be used where applicable to ensure compatibility with the existing Indian Health Service network, and the CCTV system must be compatible with the existing Lenel OnGuard system used by the Portland Area Office. The requirement is an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set-aside, and offerors must acknowledge the amendment with their quote. The brand-name justification identifies an estimated procurement value of $250,000.
