Submission Instructions
Description
Quincy-Columbia Basin Irrigation District is soliciting sealed bids for pipeline materials that must meet the included specifications. Bidders must submit the included Bid Form and include freight to each Watermaster Yard identified on that form. Bids will be publicly opened after the submission deadline, then tabulated and evaluated before being submitted to the District's Board of Directors for consideration and award. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive irregularities as informalities.
