Description
An affiliated business entity of Pence Contractors, LLC is soliciting bids for site concrete and associated work for an approximately 240,000-square-foot concrete pad at the Core 3 Phase 1A project. Bids must be submitted by email by the revised deadline. This is a prevailing-wage public works project under Oregon Revised Statutes Chapter 279C. Bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and must have a public works bond in accordance with applicable governing requirements at the time of bid.
