Description
The City of Bend is soliciting sealed bids for Butler Market Phase 2 Improvements. The project includes reconstruction of the NE Butler Market Road and NE Boyd Acres Road intersection and traffic signal; construction of walking and bicycling facilities along NE Butler Market Road between NE Boyd Acres Road and NE 8th Street; utility improvements; roadway rehabilitation; and associated signing, striping, illumination, and landscaping. The engineer’s estimate is $3,800,000 to $4,850,000. Bidders must be prequalified with the City of Bend for work within the right-of-way at the time bids are opened. The project is subject to Oregon prevailing-wage requirements. An optional pre-bid conference will be held, with details available in the solicitation portal.
