CITY OF BENDAUNE SAFETY AND CONNECTIVITY PROJECT Bids Due 2:00 pm, November 12, 2026 INVITATION TO BID SOLICITATION NO. 27-3211The City of Bend invites Sealed Bids for construction of the Aune Safety and Connectivity Project. The Project will improve safety, connectivity, and access to support the area's continued growth in southeast Bend near the Parkway. The solicitation documents and notices for this project may be viewed on the City's Portal, Euna Procurement, at: https://bendoregon.bonfirehub.com. The Issuing Officer, listed below, is authorized to receive Offers on behalf of the City via the Portal. An optional pre-bid conference will be held, see Portal for additional information. The deadline for submitting bids is: November 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Bids will be opened and read immediately after the deadline. Prequalification for work within the right-of-way is a requirement. Bidders must be prequalified with City of Bend at the time the bids are opened. New applications for the City of Bend prequalification must be received at least 10 business days before the bid deadline. See Portal for additional information. This project is subject to the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870 regarding payment of prevailing wages. Description
The City of Bend is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Aune Safety and Connectivity Project in southeast Bend near the Parkway. The project is intended to improve safety, connectivity, and access in support of continued area growth. Bidders must be prequalified by the City of Bend for work within the right-of-way when bids are opened. The project is subject to Oregon prevailing-wage requirements under ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870. Bids must be submitted through the Bonfire electronic bidding service by 2:00 p.m. Pacific on November 12, 2026, and will be opened immediately after the submission deadline.
