Description
Crook County Unit School District is soliciting proposals for fully managed Dedicated Internet Access to support educational, administrative, and operational needs. The requested service capacity is between 2 Gbps and 5 Gbps, with installation and initial configuration included. The District requires at least five usable static public IPv4 addresses, with recurring and non-recurring costs identified on the cost proposal form. Providers must maintain compliance with Schools and Libraries Division and Universal Service Administrative Company requirements and hold a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) throughout the contract term. Awards are contingent on sufficient E-Rate funding and required District approvals. Proposals must be concise and responsive; excessive marketing content, late submissions, non-responsive proposals, and automated or non-substantive responses may be rejected.
