Description
Crook County Unit School District is soliciting proposals from qualified service providers for two separately evaluated Internet access solutions: Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) and special construction to connect an identified school site to the District’s wide area network. Providers may propose either solution or both. The requested standalone data transmission capacity is 1–2 Gbps, with installation and initial configuration identified as required. The District seeks reliable, scalable, secure, and cost-effective connectivity for educational and administrative operations. Proposals must comply with applicable Oregon procurement laws and Schools and Libraries Division requirements, and providers must maintain a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN). Proposals may not include excessive marketing material and will be rejected if late, noncompliant with SLD requirements, or unrelated to the requested services. The solicitation identifies separate RFP materials and associated forms, including cost proposal forms, special construction worksheets, proposer certification materials, responsibility inquiries, a disadvantaged-business outreach plan, cost-allocation scenarios, a disclosure exemption affidavit, and checklists; the complete applicable RFP documents must be reviewed before submission.
