Description
Crook County School District is soliciting a fully managed Dedicated Internet Access solution supporting educational, administrative, and operational needs across designated district sites. The requested service capacity is 2–5 Gbps and must include at least five usable static public IPv4 addresses, reliable connectivity, defined service-level commitments, 24/7 network operations and support, outage response and restoration, DDoS mitigation, IPv4 and IPv6 routing, BGP with multiple autonomous systems, and specified peering capabilities. The proposal must address network topology, scalability, demarcation, service implementation, and a detailed logical network diagram and geographic fiber pathway map. If special construction is required, the proposer must provide construction, design, engineering, permitting, restoration, and cost information. The solicitation also requires a sample contract, three recent customer references, and completion of the designated cost, special-construction, proposer-certification, responsibility, and disadvantaged-business forms. Service providers must maintain USAC registration and a valid SPIN throughout the contract term. Pricing is requested for 36-, 60-, and 120-month service terms, with five optional one-year voluntary extensions.
