Description
This Invitation to Bid covers construction of the Butler Market Phase 2 Improvements project in Bend, Oregon. The work includes reconstruction of the NE Butler Market Road and NE Boyd Acres Road intersection and traffic signal; walking, bicycling, sidewalk, shared-use path, ADA, and cycle-track improvements along NE Butler Market Road between NE Boyd Acres Road and NE 8th Street; roadway rehabilitation; stormwater, water, irrigation, and other utility improvements; retaining walls; signing, striping, illumination, landscaping, and irrigation. The contractor must furnish the labor, materials, equipment, transportation, traffic control, utility coordination, construction surveying, erosion and sediment control, testing, and related work required by the plans and specifications. The engineer's estimate is $3,800,000 to $4,850,000. The bid requires completion of the electronic bid table and specified bid forms, a bid security equal to 5 percent of the total bid, and compliance with Oregon prevailing-wage, licensing, prequalification, bonding, insurance, and subcontractor-disclosure requirements.
