Crook County Unit School District is soliciting proposals for two separate connectivity solutions: Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) and special construction services to connect an identified school site to the District’s wide area network. Providers may submit a proposal for either solution or both, and the District may award one or both services independently. The requested Category 1 service is internet access and data transmission with a capacity between 1 Gbps and 2 Gbps. The scope calls for reliable, scalable, secure connectivity supporting educational and administrative operations, including installation and initial configuration. Proposers must provide a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN), remain compliant with applicable Schools and Libraries program requirements, follow Oregon procurement laws, and submit a straightforward proposal without excessive marketing material.
