Description
The City of Bend is requesting informal quotes from qualified contractors to relocate 24 shelter units and all shared facilities from Central Oregon Villages locations at 505 NE Franklin Avenue and 62125 NE Benson Way to 425 NE 15th Street, Bend, Oregon. The work includes relocating 20 shelter units, a gatehouse, restroom/shower trailers, a kitchen trailer, an office trailer, a community yurt, and four additional shelter units; coordinating with other contractors and Central Oregon Villages; and completing the project by December 31, 2026. Site visits are available by appointment. Responses must be submitted through EUNA and include a company quote or letterhead response, company contact information, an authorized signature, equipment information, and three similar-work references from the last five years.
