Description
The Village of La Grange Park is soliciting sealed bids for the Central Area Sewer Separation Project—Contract A. Bidders must use the provided bid forms and may include one or more alternate bid items; the Village may award the base bid with selected alternates. A 5% bid guarantee, in the form of a bond or certified check payable to the Village, is required with each bid. The successful bidder must provide a 100% performance bond and required insurance. The contractor and subcontractors must comply with Illinois prevailing-wage requirements and applicable federal labor standards. Bidding documents are available electronically from Edwin Hancock Engineering Company by email request for a nonrefundable $30 fee; documents will not be issued after 4:00 p.m. on September 25, 2026.
