Description
The Village of Corinth is soliciting sealed bids for the Hill Avenue and Heath Street Utility Reconstruction project. The work includes improvements to drinking water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater infrastructure and is categorized as horizontal construction involving highways and roadways. The project has a 30% Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) contracting goal, and Minority/Women Business Enterprises and Section 3 Business Enterprises are strongly encouraged to apply. The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act, applicable nondiscrimination requirements, and minimum wage requirements. Bidders must obtain the contract documents directly from Laberge Group and be listed on its plan holder list to submit a bid.
