Description
The Jackson County Utility Authority is requesting bids for the WJC POTW 1C Process Improvements—Phase 1: Headworks and Irrigation System construction project. The work includes site development, aerator additions, sludge processing and removal, piping, a sewage lift station, sewage headworks, and a spray irrigation system. Bidding documents must be purchased and downloaded through Central Bidding, and electronic bids must be submitted through that platform. The procurement also includes a pre-bid conference and is expected to be funded in whole or in part through Mississippi's Water Pollution Control Revolving Loan Fund program. Minority- and women-owned business enterprises are solicited as prime contractors and encouraged to inquire about subcontracting, equipment, material, and supply opportunities.
