Description
The City of Everett is soliciting sealed bids for the Lift Station 24 Conveyance Improvements project. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct approximately 2,174 linear feet of sanitary sewer main, approximately 315 linear feet of side sewer, and related appurtenances, along with all other work required by the contract. Bids must be submitted on City-provided forms and accompanied by bid security equal to at least 5% of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 100% performance bond and a 100% payment bond if required by the bidding documents. The engineer's estimate is $2,171,561.00. Project documents are available through the designated online plan room, and bidders are responsible for monitoring addenda unless they register for notifications.
