Description
The Town of Brunswick is soliciting proposals for grant administration services to assist in the administration and management of a Community Development Block Grant-Neighborhood Revitalization (CDBG-NR) project. The project, funded by a $950,000 award from the North Carolina Department of Commerce, involves the rehabilitation and reconstruction of 4 housing units throughout the town. The contract will span 30 months, and the fee for services will be paid with CDBG-NR funds.
