Description
The City of Perrysburg is soliciting bids for a one-year HVAC preventative maintenance program running from January 1 through December 31, 2027. The work covers a broad inventory of HVAC and building environmental equipment at city facilities, including inspections, testing, cleaning, calibration, adjustment, lubrication, equipment maintenance, four annual MERV 8 filter changes, service reports, and emergency response within four hours. Additional work may be requested at the contractor’s bid rates. Bids will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive bidder based on the total base bid and accepted alternatives. The work is subject to Ohio prevailing-wage requirements and City Ordinance 08-2023, which requires specified worker benefits, apprenticeship or experience standards, and extensive responsibility and project-history disclosures. The solicitation requires a bid guaranty, insurance, and post-award performance and payment bonds under the stated conditions.
