Description
The City of Toledo, through its Facility and Fleet Operations division, is seeking architectural design services to reorganize the probation department office area at Toledo Municipal Court. The work includes designing improvements to walls, desk layouts, doors, and related office elements to accommodate expanded personnel; attending a kickoff meeting; incorporating review comments; and preparing 100% complete construction-ready plans and specifications with cost estimates. Deliverables must include PDF plans and specifications, all computer files, AutoCAD drawings, and specifications. The consultant must also assist with bidder questions and addenda as needed. Proposals will be evaluated on organizational background and related experience, location and accessibility, familiarity with applicable standards, workload, prior performance, project understanding, schedule and staffing, fees, disadvantaged business participation, and other relevant attributes. The proposal must include a title page, letter of transmittal, required organizational and project information, a detailed approach and schedule, key personnel qualifications, fee information, and the last ten completed similar projects. Electronic submission through the City's PlanetBids website is required.
