Description
The City of High Shoals is seeking proposals for grant administration and rehabilitation specialist services for a $1,000,000 Community Development Block Grant project. The project includes rehabilitation of approximately three single-family homes located throughout the city and construction of one new single-family home. The services may be awarded under one contract or as separate contracts. The selected contractor or contractors will assist the governing body with administering the project and ensuring compliance with applicable CDBG requirements. The detailed RFP describes the required services, response contents, and evaluation factors.
