Description
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools seeks a qualified vendor to develop and implement comprehensive, evidence-based student wellness, social-emotional learning, and mental health programming. The selected vendor will support district leadership, school leaders, educators, students, and families through district systems development, school implementation coaching, direct student programming, professional learning, and continuous improvement and evaluation. Required deliverables include implementation frameworks and roadmaps; principal and School Wellness Team coaching; educator coaching, professional learning, PLC resources, and trauma-informed practices; student leadership and ambassador programs; wellness campaigns, assemblies, family workshops, and engagement resources; quarterly progress reports; an annual impact report; and a sustainability plan. Proposals must address organizational qualifications, implementation approach, student programming, professional learning and coaching, evaluation, sustainability, and cost. The contract has an initial three-year term with up to two additional one-year renewal terms.
