Description
The City of Mount Holly is soliciting sealed bids for additional-scope construction work at Tuckaseege Park and the former wastewater treatment plant. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, required permits except as noted, and supervision necessary to construct multiple improvements and deliver the completed work ready for use in accordance with the contract documents. The bid package must include the completed City-provided Bid Form, bid execution, acknowledgment of addenda, insurance documents, and an E-Verify affidavit covering the bidder and subcontractors. A bid bond is required for construction or repair projects valued at $500,000 or more and, when applicable, must be at least 5% of the bid proposal. Bids must be mailed or hand delivered in a sealed, labeled envelope; fax submissions are not accepted. The Bid Form must be used without alteration and all entries and signatures must be written in ink.
