York County is seeking a consulting firm to develop comprehensive Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Implementation Plans for the unincorporated portions of the Steele Creek and Tools Fork Watersheds. Adoption of the plans is intended to fulfill requirements of the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit for Storm Water Discharges from Regulated Separate Storm Sewer Systems.
