Description
The City of Longueuil is requesting proposals for professional services supporting its employee assistance program (PAE). Proposals will be evaluated using a quality-and-price scoring system without discussions or negotiations, and the contract will be awarded to the compliant bidder with the highest final score. The estimated contract period is 60 months, with one year plus two additional 24-month renewal options. Solicitation documents and amendments must be obtained through Quebec's electronic tendering system, SEAO. The opportunity permits both electronic submission through SEAO and paper submission in a sealed, opaque envelope.
