The New Hampshire Army National Guard requires a turnkey commercial event facility within a 40-mile road radius of Concord, New Hampshire. The contractor must provide a general session hall for up to 120 adults and 10 children, two breakout rooms, a private counseling room, two dedicated childcare rooms, registration space, 100 parking spaces including two VIP spaces, integrated audiovisual equipment, microphones, projection, HDMI connectivity, and high-speed Wi-Fi supporting up to 150 devices. The scope also includes morning beverage service, a hot buffet luncheon for 120 adults and 20 children with allergen management, table bussing, waste removal, and sanitation, plus licensed and insured childcare for up to 20 children. Childcare personnel must satisfy New Hampshire licensing requirements, favorable background-check and registry-clearance requirements, and current pediatric CPR and First Aid certifications; food operations must be supervised on site by a Certified Food Protection Manager. The quote must identify the proposed venue and address, confirm technical compliance, and include a signed attestation regarding required qualifications and post-award documentation.
