North East Florida Educational Consortium (NEFEC) requires hotel accommodations and meeting space at the Orlando Marriott Lake Mary for two conferences: FL-CLASS October 2023 (October 2-5, 2023) and FL-CLASS March 2024 (March 25-28, 2024). The contract includes room blocks (150 rooms for October, 160 for March), complimentary internet and self-parking, club level upgrades, and meeting room rentals with daily packages including coffee and breakfast pastries. This is a sole source agreement with the Orlando Marriott Lake Mary.
