Description
The Texas Workforce Commission is requesting proposals for conference services for its 2028 and 2029 statewide conferences. The scope includes conference and meeting space, food and beverage, sleeping rooms, registration and event support, self-parking, wired internet, and audiovisual services. Each conference will include three conference days preceded by two days of pre-conference meetings and events. Proposed venues may be in San Antonio, Houston, or another Texas city capable of accommodating the requirements. Respondents must submit an executive summary, response to requirements, separate cost responses for each proposed location and conference date, references, and the specified completed forms. The solicitation includes hotel terms and conditions, insurance requirements, and a scope of work. Historical compensation for similar contracts ranged from $375,000 to $500,000 per contract term.
