Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking a hotel within Baguio City to host the MBLISTTDA Writeshop on Investment Concept Paper Development. The requirement covers a conference venue for approximately 50 participants on October 19–21, 2026; accommodations from October 18–21, 2026; meals and snacks; and related event services and equipment. The venue must provide an adequately sized, air-conditioned and well-ventilated conference room with round-table seating, internet connectivity, sound equipment, microphones, an LED wall, LCD projector and screen, flipcharts, extension cords, table numbers, parking, and event signage. The supplier must provide specified meals, approximately 4 single rooms and 13 twin rooms, and complimentary breakfast for checked-in guests. Sustainability requirements include prohibiting single-use plastics and plastic bottled water, providing water-refilling stations, and donating excess food to Food Rescue Philippines. The quotation must remain valid for 120 days, and award is expected through a purchase order to the lowest substantially compliant offer.
