CITY OF BENDGALVESTON AVE PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE REPLACEMENT AND PEDESTRIAN CROSSING Bids Due 2:00 pm, September 15, 2026 INVITATION TO BID SOLICITATION NO. 27-3212The City of Bend invites Sealed Bids for construction of the Galveston Ave PRV Replacement and Pedestrian Crossing Project. The work includes installation of a new 6-inch pressure reducing valve within a precast utility vault, along with all associated piping, fittings, and ancillary valves required for proper operation. This project also includes construction of a new raised pedestrian crossing to enhance pedestrian safety and accessibility in the project area. Detailed information regarding the services to be provided can be found in Exhibit A - Scope of Work. The engineer's estimate is $415,511. The solicitation documents and notices for this project may be viewed on the City's Portal, Euna Procurement, at: https://bendoregon.bonfirehub.com. The Issuing Officer, listed below, is authorized to receive Offers on behalf of the City via the Portal. The deadline for submitting bids is: September 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Bids will be opened and read immediately after the deadline. Prequalification for work within the right-of-way is a requirement. Bidders must be prequalified with City of Bend at the time the bids are opened. New applications for the City of Bend prequalification must be received at least 10 business days before the bid deadline. See Portal for additional information.
