Description
The City of Bend is seeking a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution for managing backflow prevention assembly testing. The software will replace the City's current application and must support the administration and tracking of annual backflow prevention assembly testing requirements to safeguard the potable water system. The solution must comply with Oregon Administrative Rules OAR 333-061-0070, Oregon Health Authority (OHA) regulations, and City of Bend Municipal Code Chapter 14.30.50. The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive system that meets all regulatory and compliance requirements, as detailed in Exhibit A - Scope of Work.
