The USDA Forest Service intends to competitively award a BPA call order under the Land Management Integrated Resources BPA for timber stand improvement work on 421 acres: 165 mandatory acres and 256 optional acres. The scope includes thinning, bucking, and treating activity-created fuels through hand cutting and hand piling or grapple piling in plantations planted during the 1990s. This is a special notice and not a solicitation or request for proposals. The procurement is restricted to companies already approved for LMIR BPA call orders; the call order RFQ and any changes will be issued by email to eligible BPA holders. Companies not currently on the LMIR BPA may seek to join during the stated annual onboarding window.
