Description
The City of Findlay is soliciting proposals for bulk pebble lime used in municipal water treatment during the January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, contract period. The lime must comply with American Water Works Association Standard B202-13, or the latest revision, and should be NSF approved as required by the cited Ohio Administrative Code rule. The product must be fresh-burned rotary pebble lime, crushed and ground so that no lump exceeds 3/4 inch in any dimension. It must be delivered in bulk in pneumatic truckloads of at least 20 tons, transported in clean trucks, and loaded at a temperature not exceeding 125 degrees Fahrenheit. An affidavit of compliance and weight certificate must accompany each shipment.
