Description
Jefferson County, Florida is soliciting bids for the stabilization of approximately 12.8 miles of private roads using limestone. The project includes all related services such as preparation, materials, and labor. Roads to be stabilized include Crabapple Rd., Kameron Rd., Murmuring Creek, E. Osprey, W. Osprey, Oakland Plantation Rd., Sweetfield Rd., Vista Rd., and roads in the Aucilla Shores subdivision: Deerwood Blvd., Ashville Highlands Dr., E. 10th Way, W. 10th Way, E. 2nd Way, E. 1st Way, E. 1st Place. The contractor must be FDOT prequalified and licensed to perform all work in the State of Florida. The contract will be administered through individual Contractor Services Authorizations (CSAs) for each road. Performance and payment bonds are required at 100% of the contract amount.
