Description
The City of Lowell is seeking a contractor to remove and dispose of lime sludge from its water treatment plant. The scope includes laboratory testing of the lime, excavation, hauling, land application or disposal, and all related work. Sealed proposals are due by September 29, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. The project is scheduled for completion by July 1, 2027.
