Description
The Town of Andover, through a cooperative serving 16 participating municipalities, is soliciting sealed bids for highway rock salt, solar salt, and 32% liquid calcium chloride (LCC 32%). The participating communities are Andover, Bedford, Burlington, Lawrence, Lexington, Lynn, Melrose, Methuen, North Andover, North Reading, Reading, Stoneham, Wakefield, Wilmington, Winchester, and Woburn. Bid documents will be available on the Town of Andover website beginning September 14, 2026. The solicitation is an open-market invitation for bids, and electronic quotes are not permitted.
