Description
The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections is requesting one detailed quote covering design services, modular workstation products, installation, and teardown and removal of five existing cubicles. The requested installation is for five Herman Miller AO2 workstations or approved equivalents, with product descriptions, product numbers, list prices, discount percentages, purchase prices, and separate labor line items showing hours and hourly costs. Required deliverables include a PDF installation plan for layout approval, a detailed parts list with finish information, CAD and PDF as-built plans, and an electrical wiring diagram cut sheet for the electrician. The work must be performed during normal business hours and completed within three weeks after award. Participation in the mandatory site visit is required for bid submission.
