Description
Maumee City School District is seeking bids for 70 new Aruba or equivalent wireless access points and associated equipment, including HPE Aruba AP-635 access points, AP-MINT-MP10 mounting hardware, and Aruba Central Foundation software and licenses. Installation and initial configuration are not included. All equipment must be new and include a three-year manufacturer warranty. Equivalent products must be supported by documentation demonstrating compatibility with the district’s existing network. Proposals must identify the manufacturer, manufacturer part number or SKU, unit cost, and the percentage of each cost eligible under E-Rate rules. Bidders must provide a Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN), or documentation that a SPIN application has been submitted, and documentation establishing authorized reseller status for the proposed equipment. Spam or robotic responses will be disqualified.
