Description
UNDP seeks end-to-end event management and branding services for UniPod launch events at three Nigerian universities. The scope includes event planning and logistics; technical production, guest management, catering, accessibility, and on-site coordination; creative development and production and installation of branded materials; and media engagement, photography, videography, and social media coverage. Edited photo and video content is due within five business days after each event, and a post-event report with attendance, stakeholder, media, financial, and lessons-learned information is due within seven calendar days after each event. The selected firm must also provide an event management and branding plan, a concept package, and successful event execution. Proposals are evaluated using a 70% technical and 30% financial weighting. The solicitation requests a technical offer, a financial offer, company and project experience information, registration and financial records, client performance statements, and key personnel CVs. The TOR specifies a contract period of October 28 through December 28, 2026.
