Description
The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a Basic Ordering Agreement task order for interim readiness, sustainment, logistics, and engineering support for MQ-25A Engineering Demonstration Model, System Demonstration Test Article, and Low-Rate Initial Production aircraft. The notice states that the Government intends to award noncompetitively to Boeing, the system's sole designer, developer, and manufacturer. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive proposals; interested parties may submit written information about their interest and capabilities for consideration of whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
